Dongguan Xingfeiyu Rubber And Plastic Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingfeiyu") was established in 2011, focusing on the research and development, production, and manufacturing of various types of rubber, silicone, and plastic parts. The product series includes various types of rubber hoses, rubber strips, and molded parts. At present, it has been widely used in automobile, new energy, container, power telecommunication cabinet, sports goods, construction machinery, electronic appliances and other industries.
Xingfeiyu is located in Dalang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, with a site area of about 5000 square meters, with independent production workshop, all kinds of automotive rubber, silicone, plastic extrusion production lines, molding vulcanization machine and other hardware facilities, which can support the development of new products and after-sales maintenance. At present, the annual production capacity of extruded parts can reach 60 million meters. Meanwhile, Xingfeiyu has various kinds of testing equipment, testing specialists, and establishes a comprehensive quality laboratory, which can conduct relevant standard inspections from raw materials to finished products.
We strictly operate in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001: 2015, IATF16949: 2016 quality management system, and ISO14001: 2015 environmental management system. Our rubber and plastic products have obtained REACH, RoHS and other product safety certifications.
